I got involved with NYS in 2022 when we chose to make the leap from rec. soccer to club. I now have two sons who are playing with NYS and a third one to join soon. I have been learning a lot as a soccer Mom, having never played soccer myself!

I stepped into the role of Communications Coordinator when asked by a friend if I could help out. I have a passion for bringing people and resources together and look forward to building community with our members. I feel communication is a foundational piece of any organization, or truly, any relationship in our lives. It's my pleasure to help elevate the communication within our club! I manage the website and social media for NYS as well as assist with other projects and events.

Beyond volunteering, I run a business consulting practice that pulls my strengths in organization and communication. I am also a published author. I help my clients with business operations, communications, events, and "other duties as assigned".

When I'm not busy working behind a screen, you'll likely find me on a trail, supporting a local craft brewery, or with my nose in a book.
